Using the Key Metrics dashboard, Kolsquare Enterprise users can compare two distinct periods, such as year-over-year or quarter-over-quarter performance, to identify growth or decline in key areas like content volume, mentions and engagement.
The user-friendly design (delivered in Kolsquare’s distinctive colours, of course) provides attractive visual aids like graphs that highlight the differences between the two periods, making it easier to identify trends and anomalies.
The tool tracks the evolution of metrics like Earned Media Value (EMV), highlighting shifts in influencer strategies. For example, a decrease in post volume but an increase in EMV might indicate or confirm the impact of a strategy move towards using Mega KOLs delivering more impactful content.
